Ladies Retreat

Over the weekend, 71 ladies and teens got away to The Country Place in Moscow, TN for an overnight retreat to relax, visit with one another, and hear teaching from our dear friend, Sandy Malone. We were encouraged to trust and believe in what the scriptures tell us about our identity in Christ, and how we have each been uniquely created with a personality that is designed to serve a specific purpose within the local church.

We know that frustrations or conflict with one another are inevitable, because we are all so vastly different in the way the think, do, and feel.  Knowing that each believer has a unique personality for ministering to the body -  specifically designed by our Creator with a unique purpose that may be different than our own, we can grow in the areas of grace and love for one another. The ladies came back energized, more equipped and ready to put these things into practice and build each other up with the knowledge of recognizing and appreciating the differences in one another. We can't wait for the next retreat!
