Read: Colossians 3  

Big Idea:   There is a certain wealth available to all believers. It is the kind of riches that never fade away. We have access to the riches of God by knowing His Word. The Scriptures can make us wise. The Scriptures instruct us. They prepare us to encourage other believers even in the songs we sing about Christ. When God’s word dwells in us richly, we make Him our top priority, doing all in the name of the Lord Jesus. He becomes our reason for doing righteous things.

Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

Colossians 3:17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
