Matthew 21:21–22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done. 22 And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” 
Matthew 7:7–11  “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. 9 Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? 11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! 


Matthew 8:5–13 \ Matthew 15:21–28 \ John 14:12–14 

Heavenly Father, we have learned from scripture that You will not withhold good things from your children that ask for them. We are asking for our faith to be stirred, kindled; let it roar like a fire! Let our faith be like that of the Centurion that believed the simple spoken Word of Jesus was enough. Then, give us boldness like the Canaanite woman that approached Jesus, in spite of her unworthiness. Father, let us seek no glory, but ask all things in Jesus' name that You may answer and be glorified in your Son. With our faith freshly stirred, let us continue the work that you commissioned to us. Amen!
